At HOLLOWER, we strive to provide high-quality merchandise to our customers. However, due to the nature of our on-demand production process, we do not offer refunds or returns for most items.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind

Our merchandise is made specifically for each customer based on their order, and we cannot resell or reuse items that have been returned.

Exceptions: Defective or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement item free of charge.

Replacement Process

To initiate a replacement, please:

Provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s).
Describe the issue in detail.
Wait for further instructions from our team.

We will send a replacement item to you as soon as possible, usually within 7-10 business days.

Shipping and Handling

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error with your order.
